What is the Locsure Tracking Card?
Locsure is an ultra-slim tracking card designed to fit naturally inside a wallet. It works with Apple's Find My network, can play a sound to help you locate it nearby, and can send separation alerts when it is left behind.
How thin is the card?
The Locsure Tracking Card is 1.6 mm thin, allowing it to sit inside a regular wallet card slot without the bulky shape of a traditional round tracker.
Do I need to download another app?
No. Everything runs through Apple's Find My app, which is already available on your iPhone.
How do I set up my Tracking Card?
Apple Find My
Does it work with Apple Find My?
Yes. The card is added as an item in the Apple Find My app, the same way as another compatible Find My accessory.
Which Apple devices can I use with it?
Locsure works through Apple Find My and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
Can the Tracking Card make a sound?
Yes. It has a built-in speaker, so you can play a sound through Find My to help locate the card.
Can it tell me when I leave my wallet behind?
Yes. You can enable separation alerts through Find My so you can receive a notification when the Tracking Card is left behind.
How do I check where my wallet is?
Open Find My, select Items, and choose your Tracking Card. You can then check the card through your existing Find My setup.
Design & everyday use
Will it make my wallet bulky?
It is designed specifically to avoid that. At 1.6 mm thin, the Tracking Card sits in a wallet card slot much more naturally than a traditional round tracker.
Where can I use the Tracking Card?
It is designed for slim everyday spaces such as a wallet, passport holder, bag or laptop sleeve.
Does every card have its own serial number?
Yes. Each Locsure Tracking Card has an individual serial number, giving every unit its own unique identity.
Battery & charging
How long does the battery last?
The built-in battery lasts up to 5 months on a full charge.
Does it use replaceable batteries?
No. The battery is built in and rechargeable, so you do not need to replace disposable batteries.
How do I charge the card?
Place it on a compatible wireless charging pad when it needs power.
Can I use a MagSafe-compatible charger?
Yes. The Tracking Card supports compatible wireless charging pads, including MagSafe-compatible chargers.
Water & durability
Is the Tracking Card waterproof?
The Tracking Card is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance, up to 5 ft / 1.5 m.
Is it dust resistant too?
Yes. Its IP68 rating covers water and dust resistance.
Does the product come with a warranty?
Yes. Locsure includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Is shipping tracked?
Yes. Locsure orders include tracked shipping so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
What is the return policy?
The product can be returned within 30 days in its original condition.
